The brief

Vani Labs has manufactured laboratory chemicals, diagnostic reagents, ultrasound gels, medical consumables and disinfectants since 1999, supplying hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical colleges and research institutes. The problem was not capability. It was that none of that credibility was visible or navigable to a procurement officer.

What we did

   Credibility above the fold. Twenty-seven years of operation, 500+ products and ISO certification are stated immediately, because in B2B procurement trust is the entire conversion.

   A five-stage quality journey — raw material inspection, manufacturing, quality testing, packaging, delivery — rendered as a sequence rather than a claim, so the process itself becomes the proof.

   Product range organised for buyers, plus a clearly stated regulatory notice that products are for laboratory and hospital use only.

   Industries-served mapping so a visitor recognises themselves in the first screen and knows they are in the right place.
